About this villa rental
7 bedroom/6.5 bath home in famous Solara Resort. Smart TV in each room with game room for additional fun. Conservative view at the back and lake view at the front. Perfect place for family get together

Bedroom 1: king with a private bathroom (shower)
Bedroom 2: king with a private bathroom ( shower)
Upstairs:
Bedroom 3: king with a private bathroom( bathtub)
Bedroom 4: 2 queen with a private bathroom( shower)

Bedroom 6: bunk (2 full)
Bedooms 5 and 6 share a bathroom (shower)
Bedroom 7: bunk (2 full)
Bedroom 7 can use the bathroom(bathtub) across from it
POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.
*** PARKING:
Starting from July 6, 2026, each Short-Term Rental guest reservation is eligible for
Three (3) complimentary vehicle passes for single-family homes
Two (2) complimentary vehicle passes for townhomes
A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of passes. The maximum number of vehicles allowed per reservation is 6.
Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted. No Street Parking.
Camera: NO SECURITY CAMEARA INSIDE THE HOUSE. The ring door bell will be on during your stay.
