About this house rental
Kick off your shoes and enjoy the best the North Fork has to offer in our spacious, sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home where you can wake up to the sights of herons and egrets fishing for their breakfast as be lulled to sleep by the soothing sound of water and crickets. Located just a 5 minute walk from Love Lane and many vineyards. Our home has been designed to comfortable accommodate families and friends with ample comfortable sleeping quarters and many places both inside and out to play and relax all framed by the beautiful waterfront location. A bocce court, private dock, kayaks and fire pit for smores, outdoor grilling , dining and lounging areas add to the fun! Home has 4 bedrooms and a bonus screened in porch comfortably sleep 12 people. Have coffee on your own private dock, sip local wines and play bocce in the front yard on our bocce court or grab our kayaks and have a waterfront adventure.
The Space:
The House is 2 stories and features 4 full bedrooms and a bonus screened in porch with an additional queen bed and outdoor dining space.
Main Floor: The main floor features a screened in porch with a dining area overlooking the water and comfortable seating and sleeping area. Once inside you'll be greeted by a bright fully equipped chefs kitchen with anything and everything you could need for gourmet meals. The cozy livingrom / dining room has spectacular views of the water as well as a large smart TV. In addition there are 2 more guest rooms and a full bathroom on this level, The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd has a full size bed with a twin trundle and another TV and plenty of board games and video games.
Top Floor: Walk upstairs and you have another full bathroom, a ' kids room' overlooking the water with 3 twin beds and 2 trundles. Across the hall is the primary bedroom with a queen size bed.
The Property: Located on the scenic Mattituck Inlet and 5 minutes from Bailey Beach, the sprawling yard features a private dock, bocce court, large firepit with seating, and outdoor dining table, huge cozy outdoor couch and a deluxe BBQ station. The shed is stocked with 4 kayaks, corn hole, and plenty of other lawn games, bikes and outdoor toys to keep your whole family entertained.

We had a lovely stay here. Hattie and Patrick are excellent hosts. So nice, terrific communication and provided welcome notes that were extremely thorough. The house is truly as pictured online. It's very comfortable, spotless, nicely decorated, spacious, well supplied in all respects from kitchen to recreational equipment/beach supplies. Quiet neighborhood, super convenient location (town/wineries, etc.). Great place for a North Fork getaway.
