The space

◦ the apartments are located 500 meters from the main square
◦ the bus/tram stops are at a distance of max 50 m, in all directions
◦ the ideal starting point of any trip around Cracow: a 5-minute walk to the Main Square, 15 minutes walk along the riverside to reach the magical Kazimierz
◦ the National Museum and Congress Centre ICE are in a close neighborhood.
⦁ THE FLATS ⦁
◦ 200 m2 designed by a professional interior designer
◦ Special care was taken to introduce accents of Polish design inside rooms
◦ Equipped with all the necessary comforts
◦ Netflix and Spotify within all five SMART TVs
◦ Very fast fiber internet connection.
⦁ Tenant house ⦁
◦ The building was established in 1937; renovated in 2015
◦ There is no lift
◦ The bigger flat is on the fifth floor; a wonderful view from the balcony rewards the staircase climbing. A smaller flat is located on the upper ground floor.
Guest access
☑ The whole flat's space is available for our guests
☑ The transfer from/to the airport can be arranged
☑ There are discounts for a longer-term stay
Other things to note
I've replaced the cooker with the brand new one, as well as the dining table, which now can comfortably dine 8 people :) Temporarily and until further notice, the entrance to the larger apartment is partially through the staircase under renovation (it's only on the one last floor - your own responsibility). The TV in one bedroom of the bigger apartment has decided not to work and we are waiting for it to get fixed. Extra bedding and towels are available upon request for an extra payment.

We had an amazing stay in Krakow. Location of this apartment is fantastic, easy walk to public transportation, restaurants and Warwel Castle. The building is very old and has the usual issues with an almost 100 year old building. The upstairs apartment is very comfortable but it is a 5 story hike up the stairs. The downstairs apartment is much smaller, but comfortable for 2 or 3 people. Wifi is very slow, but we found wifi to he slow pretty much everywhere we were in Poland.

Under construction is an understatement !! Very unsafe stairs , plug sockets etc .
17 of us arrived and only enough space for 11 to sleep ! Contacted the host who I had been speaking to weeks before about the room configurations . All was agreed to find this hadn’t been done . I made contact with him to be told he had now left Krakow for the weekend and his cleaning company hadn't listened but wasn’t much he could do . We had to drag sofas around to create two more beds and 4 had to stay over the road in the Novotel .
Space was clean and great location but lots and lots of stairs to climb if you are renting the entire place . No lift so difficult with luggage .
There is no way this can sleep 20! And if it could I would expect a dining table big enough for 20 , and more seats in the lounge .
