Welcome to a non-smoking fully furnished cozy apartment for two located in the walkout basement of a new construction house. Comfortable living space with many extras, including a full kitchen with new GE appliances. Also included are a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, drip and Kurig coffee makers and coffee grinder. The TV is a new 43” Insignia smart TV will full internet and streaming capabilities. Entrance to Lake Pueblo State Park is just 5 miles away. Please note that we do not allow pets and do not allow smoking on the premises, and do not accept anyone who smokes even if it is off the premises.

I booked this stay the day before my partner and I decided to leave so it was very short notice. The host and his wife were very nice and welcoming. They also spent a lot of time and money to make the apartment very welcoming. When we got there the host came down and explained everything very well. The place is like a little apartment that is below their living space so you can hear them walking around. The walking around did not bother me but I also live in a two story house with my sister and her family above me so I am used to it. The host was very accommodating with me needing a plug for my diesel. Overall my stay was great and I would definitely be back.

This cute basement apartment was just right for two of us, to have a quiet spot to relax and to explore the Pueblo area. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and even met us to show us the heat system, TV and lights. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. We recommend it if you are in Pueblo.

Everything was great. Nice little apartment for two separated off in the basement of their home. Has private entrance. Owner was onsite but you’d hardly notice. First night we arrived he quickly showed us around so knew how everything worked. Would stay again.
