Two double bedrooms with blackout pleated blinds and adjustable slatted bed frames.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x200 cm – single mattress) + closet.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (2x 80x200 cm) + clothes rod and shelf (view of the garden).
Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be booked as an optional extra for a fee
Terrace with patio furniture, umbrella, lounge chairs, and electric grill, adjacent to an approximately 400-square-meter fenced-in garden.
Storage room with a washing machine next to the patio, with space to store bicycles.
Technical amenities: 55-inch TV, radio, Wi-Fi, CD player.
Other amenities: table tennis table, game collection, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, and clothes rack.
Children’s playground in the village near the old school.
The old thatched-roof cottage underwent a complete renovation in 2021/22, and the garden was redesigned. Since largely eco-friendly building materials were used, you can expect a pleasant indoor climate.
The vacation home is single-story with approximately 100 m² of living space. There is also an utility room in the annex measuring about 12 m².
A spacious garage provides storage for various bicycles.
The terrace, measuring about 30 m², enjoys sunlight until late afternoon. Modern patio furniture is, of course, provided.

The property is approximately 1,000 m² in size, with adequate spacing from the neighbors.
A fire pond borders the property to the south.
The building is detached.
