Welcome to this charming Higgins Lake cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Situated on a peaceful location half a mile from Higgins Lake and right down the road from Kelly beach (3min drive) and South Higgins state park (3 min drive). Cut river grill down the road (5min drive) Look forward to summer days when you book this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Roscommon vacation rental. Your family will love the convenience and homey comforts of this cottage fitted with an updated kitchen with modern appliances, Smart TVs, a firepit, kayaks and a Blackstone BBQ grill.

Family and friends drove up to spend a long weekend near Higgins Lake. We’ve headed up north for years and have never stayed near Higgins. Beautiful lake! The house is clean and comfortable and a relaxing space for our home base. Great kitchen. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing it.

nice long driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. Beds were comfy. House was large enough for 5 big guys and all of our riding gear.
