Additional community perks include a basketball court, volleyball court and picnic area. While there were some small, inconvenient quirks (a broken towel rack, no lightbulb in the bedrooms, a clanky LOUD washing machine etc.) it was also nice, cozy, and convenient! It was nestled into a cute neighborhood with lots of locals and only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach access. The front porch had a great breeze, the outside shower was perfect to rinse all the sand off before going inside and so it served its purpose.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean and neat. Plenty of games Great location. Driveway was wide for our truck and car to fit. We will stay there again.

Nice place, recently redecorated. Comfortable beds. The noise from the road out back was a bit loud
