Starting Monday, October 13, Seawind will be replacing the elevator doors. Work will occur 4 days a week, about 10 hours per day, starting at 7:00 AM CT. One elevator may be temporarily out of service, while the other remains available. Project is expected to last till April 2026.
Some areas near the elevators and parking may be restricted for safety, but walkways will remain open.

The property was very well maintained and updated compared to other condos we have stayed at while in Gulf shores. The property management team were very transparent and provided all needed information via email and text ahead arrival and departure. Would recommend!

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for 5 nights. The condo was very clean and had all the necessary essentials. Lots of towels, dishes, silverware, etc. The view to the ocean was perfect.The location was great-walking distance to several restaurants and stores (including a market across the street). The walk to the beach was super easy. There were plenty of parking spaces available on the property. Communication with the rental company before arriving was excellent. We knew exactly what to bring and expect.
Checking in/out was a breeze. We did have a problem with our door code not working but management was very quick to respond and help reset the code.
The only issue we had is the elevator situation (hence the 4 stars) There are 2 elevators and in the evenings it got quite busy. We would have to wait 5-10 minutes which wasn’t a huge deal until one of the elevators broke down for a day and a half. Our wait time for the elevator then took 15-45+ minutes. (walking up or down 13 flights of steps wasn’t an option for 2 of our 4 family members) From the comments of other guests and condo owners, this seems to happen somewhat often. I did text the rental company and they responded quickly that they were in touch with maintenance and they were actively working to fix the elevator. Hopefully, they’ve gotten the issue fixed for good now though.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay in this condo!

We loved our stay. The checkin/checkout was seamless and the unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. Lots of towels for a family full of girls was an added bonus.
