Ocean State of Mind is clean and welcoming. All rentals through Edisto’s Best are cleaned and inspected before each new guest. All rentals through Edisto’s Best include linen and departure cleaning. Ocean State of Mind allows 1 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dog with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Ran into a little hiccup early into our stay, but the property management team did a phenomenal job making sure our stay was a wonderful experience. Very happy with choosing this as a vacation destination.

The property is just like it looks in the photographs. The neighborhood is perfect for families. We had one issue and it was addressed within an hour - just a misplaced pool fob! It’s a great place to stay! Highly recommend.
