New and comfortable 68 m2 three-room apartment on the ground floor. The apartment offers a large living area with a sofa, satellite TV, table with chairs and well-stocked kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and spacious closet, a bedroom with two single beds and closet, and a bathroom with shower and toilet/bidet. Finally, from the French window of the kitchen is a small, recently renovated terrace with a table, chairs and umbrella.
