Guests enter Laguna Operetta by walking up a full flight of exterior stairs from the driveway to the front door on the elevated first floor. Once you enter the villa, you will find a foyer that leads to a clean, renovated kitchen; a dining area that comfortably seats 6 people; a living room; the first floor king suite; and the staircase to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find the primary suite and the twin suite. You can access the screened porch from the first floor guest suite and the dining room. You can access the back deck from the living room and dining room. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Perfect place to stay! Very clean and well-equipped, perfect location with easy access to Night Heron Park, the beach and the Sanctuary! Views of the lagoon from the condo were so lovely! We definitely intend to stay here again!

This is a 3.5 star villa but most of the reviews are 5 stars because, upon leaving, the host offers a Starbucks gift card for 5 star reviews ONLY. So while it’s objectively not a 5 star place the villa was nice. It was clean and comfortable. There was a small ant problem that should be addressed. And the outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work so I had to blow dry my hair in the bedroom. The beds were super comfortable and the couch too. The kitchen had everything, even a waffle maker! The decor was kind of sparse and outdated. It wasn’t stylish but it was comfortable.
