Here, you’ll enjoy a central location while being close to the beach: The fine-sand spa beach is right outside your door, as are cafés, restaurants, bakeries, playgrounds, the spa gardens, the harbor, and numerous shopping options—all within easy walking distance.
With approximately 51 m² of living space, you’ll find a well-thought-out floor plan that offers a comfortable vacation home for up to four people. In addition to a separate bedroom with a double bed, there’s a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the flexibility to choose between cooking, dining out, or enjoying breakfast with a view of the sea.
Speaking of which: the 10-m² balcony, facing the sunny southwest, is one of the highlights of this apartment. From here, your view stretches across a small garden plot all the way to the beach and the Baltic Sea. A wonderful place to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
The furnishings are well-maintained and high-quality. Furniture from renowned brands such as Sit, Scan-Brocke, Voss, and Nolte, Parador laminate flooring, a spring-core sofa, and thoughtful details create a cozy, high-quality atmosphere.
