About this house rental
This home is furnished comfortably with a fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities needed for a short or long term stay - with bonus access to a community pool and 2-car garage parking! The neighborhood is quiet, gated and has access to Tucson's 136 mile Loop bike and walking path.
Our spacious, well-appointed 1150 sq. ft. single story townhome is located in the beautiful and exclusive gated Omni Tucson National Resort.
The townhome has been completely remodeled with no expense spared -- you won’t be disappointed. The kitchen has new cabinetry, granite countertops, new GE appliances, new kitchenware and all the essentials of home. We installed new light fixtures and ceiling fans in the dining, living area and master as well as new cabinetry, granite, faucets and shower heads in both bathrooms. There is a new 50-inch HD Smart TV cable mounted above the fireplace in the main living area. Wi-Fi is also provided.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, zero threshold shower and large walk in closet. The guest bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen size bed and full bath with tub/shower configuration.
The two-car garage is attached and includes a remote control. A commuity heated pool and hot tub are just steps from the home. It's a short walk or drive to tennis or golf at the Omni Tucson National Club which offers two excellent golf courses, a world-class day spa and workout center (daily fee), and three restaurants. The Tucson Loop, an excellent walking/biking path is right across the Corona del Oro river bed.
Whether you re wanting to explore all our desert has to offer, escape the chill of Winter where you live, or even have a home base for investigating retirement areas, our location, climate and diversity of activities will surely be enjoyed.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It has been updated and the interior is light and bright. Our host was very prompt with check-in information. I am sure if we had encountered any problems, he would have addressed them immediately. We have stayed in this housing community before and this is one of the best!

Beautiful house with all the amenities you would need. Worked out great for our family. Perfect for two couples or one couple 1. Plenty of space. Although we had no issues, the one question we had for the host was answered promptly. Would definitely stay there again.
