La ubicación y el espacio habitable
El acceso a la terraza no se realiza directamente desde la vivienda ,que es un piso bajo, se accede por las escaleras del portal y hay que pasar por una zona común para llegar a la parte privada de la terraza

Buenas ubicación, buenas vistas desde la terraza, mucha amplitud en la vivienda, bien equipada.
Pasamos un poco de frío ,aunque tenía aire acondicionado en una habitación , no es suficiente para una casa tan grande sobretodo en invierno

This apartment has everything you need. It is spacious. The private roof garden has fantastic views, sunbeams and table and chairs.
It needs to be made clear that this is at the top of a steep hill. The apartment smelled damp. There is no heating and so we wrapped ourselves in blankets in the lounge. The bed sheets and our clothes were damp. When we called to say it was cold I think the owner , who did not live far away, could have provided a small heater.
