Struttura nuovissima, stanza al primo piano molto grande e con bagno privato. Balconcino con affaccio sulla strada per poter stendere la biancheria, scuri per oscurare la stanza quando si dorme. Aria condizionata, piccolo frigo per refrigerare bevande. Zona con parcheggio libero e ampia disponibilità (in centro il parcheggio è a pagamento, ci sono anche molte zone di parcheggio dedicate solo ai residenti), a 600 mt dalla zona pedonale di Castellammare del Golfo
