Location was very conveniently located to airport and parking was free for our rental car. Also close to Cavtat which was very fun for dinner and drinks.
The AC in one of the rooms did not work effectively and it stayed very hot overnight. Also the towels are quite rough.

Apartment located on second floor, there is no elevator. Was no problem for us, but people with disabilities or unable to carry their baggage upstairs should know this. However, the owner was more than happy to help carry baggage upstairs.
