Beautiful property. Exceptional value.
Property management company was terrible. They never sent the contract. They never sent the arrival instructions. Then they didn’t send the key code. Then they didn’t unlock the door. They said it was waiting for final inspection before we could enter but no one ever came. Cleaning service left linens in the dryer, hair all over the sink, garbage around the fire pit, and didn’t turn the hot tub on so it took a full day to get it back up to temperature. It took us 5 phone calls to get contract and enter the property. The owner of this property needs to look into better property management companies.
