Lokalizacja, dostęp do internetu, winda i antresola.
Czystość obiektu pozostawia wiele do życzenia: wszechobecny kurz - kinkiety, przewody od lampy wiszącej, listwy przypodłogowe, szuflady i półki. Ogólnie stan mieszkania jest do remontu, już zarobiło na siebie, czas na remont. Szklanki i kubki były strasznie brudne i porysowane, jakby ktoś nimi jeździł po betonie. Sanitariaty - bateria prysznicowa i odpływ umywalki do wymiany. W łóżku mnóstwo włosów.

Idealna lokalizacja dla osób które chcą zwiedzić Warszawe, wszędzie blisko, piękny widok na Pałac Kultury zaraz po wyjściu z budynku i blisko do Złotych Tarasów, sam w sobie apartament zadbany i czysty, świeże pościele i ręczniki.
Troszke daleko do przejścia dla pieszych, trzeba najpierw troche przejść żeby w ogóle dostać sie na drugą strone ulicy.

Upał na dworze 42 stopnie, brak klimatyzacji, jeden wiatrak. Okno jedno niesprawne. Brak możliwości przewietrzenia nawet.
