Great location close to the Pria da Barra beach with it's clear water and clean white sand. Cooling. View of the sea and dunes... beautiful sunsets. Activities in the apartment and great equipment. Good communication and friendly hosts. Plenty of restaurants nearby and some small supermarkets and shops. Good firm beds.

Not much to complain really... we didn't use one of the balconies on the kitchen level due to the pigeons but the bedroom side balcony had better views and the jacuzzi in any case. Parking was a bit of a challenge on the weekend especially but we found spaces closer to the apartment that evening.

The host (Beatriz) was wonderful, very responsive, did not mind our late arrival (train was late) The apartment is spacious, it's a place that's being lived in, not just for rent, and you can feel it All necessary utensils, amenities and kitchen items Two bathrooms, one big, both with showers Relatively big beds, some harder than others Great space for pool & chilling by the TV Really cool views to the dunes and sea from the balcony Great soundproofing, both from outside and within the apartment Location is excellent, 5 mins to the sea, lot's of great restaurants in Praia de Barra, also close by Aveiro and Costa Nova Praia de Barra is the most wonderful beach in the region, can walk down the beach or wooden steps to Costa Nova

Balconies much smaller than in the pictures (or the pictures really good) What was a real big issue were the pigeons - not the apartments fault, however this meant that the the sauna and the washing room was off limits, and the first floor balcony (for the kitchen) was not cool to use To keep away the pigeons, there are nets and also a sound that the kids could hear, which made it difficult for them to be on the first floor It felt that we were the first visitors, so there was still a bit of cleaning that we had to do ourselves, i.e. clean the floor of the balcony otherwise we could not be there on barefoot, and the grill was unclean so I did not use it

Apartament położony idealnie w pierwszej linii, ostatnie piętro z pięknym widokiem na ocean i plażę z balkonu. Wyposażenie wysokiej jakości, wszystko sprawne ( budowa 2022 - 2023 ). Położenie idealne do plażowania, długich spacerów po plaży i po wydmach ( drewniane chodniki ) w pobliżu restauracje, sklepy itd. Personel profesjonalny. Pościel i materace dobrej jakości, czysto. Parkowanie bezproblemowe na ulicy w pobliżu apartamentu. Plaża piękna - piasek jak nad Bałtykiem, co 200 - 500 m bary na plaży i toalety.
