The property was excellent. All equipment provided including quality bedding and towels. It was a really nice touch to receive a cream tea and milk on arrival. Spotless clean and everything you could want apart from wi-Fi. This wouldn’t have been a problem but all three of us staying were with O2 and could not get a signal in the apartment at all.

We could not get a signal on our phones whilst in the property at all and no WiFi available. We had planned on using the swimming and gym. Although not included I expected the charges to be reasonable. The cost is £20 for one hour swimming and £13 per session in the gym. No weekly passes available so if you have a family this would be extortionate. The on site pub only opens Thursday to Sunday but has lots to do (pool, darts etc) and the shop also has really limited opening.

We were informed we had to get a parking permit for access onto the site. We recieved several notifications of same. Tried to get in advance, as told to. Phone calks to site very unhelpful, we were told to get it when we arrived. When we arrived we were told its not needed, so why all the fuss? Also, very disapointed we could not use the leisure facilities., as we didnt have a leisure pass. We asked if we could pay to use them and were told no. Members of the public can use them, as we spoke to a lady who brings her daughter there, but not us. Maybe this shoukd be made clear in advance.
