La posizione al centro dell'isola e la struttura dell'appartamento
I balconi risultano inutilizzabili in quanto, essendo esposti al sole, sono privi di tende o ombrelloni.
Ci sono state, purtroppo, ripetute incomprensioni circa l'obbligo di pulizia giornaliera che era indicata nei servizi forniti. Come pure per il cambio di biancheria.
Solo al quarto giorno il gestore ha provveduto come previsto dal contratto.
Nel contempo va dato atto al medesimo di aver consentito l'uso dell'appartamento sino al tardo pomeriggio dell'ultimo giorno permettendo quindi di fruire della doccia e del deposito.

It was on the side of the traffic so could hear the traffic especially at nighttime

Clean and modern. Looks like it was newly built or renovated. Good A/C. You will need a car staying at this location.
The location next to a busy road meant there was some street noise at night. Views from the balcony in our unit were mainly of the street.

Im Haus wurden noch mehrere Wohnungen erstellt mit der entsprechenden Lärmbelästigung bis in die Nacht.
