Lovely flat located in the centre of St Ives. Very cosy and clean with a very comfy bed. Becky was lovely and communication was great – she was attentive and made sure we were settled in. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the flat, including milk in the fridge and a welcome package with tea and biscuits. We really loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. Overall facilities were very good and it was very clean.
I didn’t like the shower. Needs to be looked at not strong enough and doesn’t stay on the wall properly.

The interior design and furnishings were lovely, modern and very clean.
Some maintenance work required - door handle to fridge fell off easily, blinds didn’t close to a kitchen window and key lock outside was faulty (excellent communication with owners when contacted about the key lock)
There was also scaffolding to the neighbouring building which made access to the property, through a thin alleyway, incredibly difficult (owners may not be at fault here but must be stated for future reference - housekeeper would’ve known)
