住宿地點在馬公市中心，走路1分鐘就到澎湖天后宮，離美食景點也都非常近。民宿本身功能設計得非常棒，一樓是可以稍作休息的起居空間、有完整的垃圾桶、廚房、飲水，在外面玩一下或買吃的都可以隨時回來小作休息，還有很新的電梯。房間整潔乾淨，一般飯店該有的設計一應具全：穿鞋放行李箱的矮櫃、化妝或用電腦的小桌、有netflix的電視、舒服穩定的冷氣、強勁的熱水，重點是床非常非常好睡！ 老闆非常溫和親切，主動為旅程提供許多建議、以及盡他所能地為客人提供方便與貼心的服務，真的感受很棒。曾經遇過很說教、許多規矩、過度寶貝房屋的民宿老闆，這位真的完全相反！老闆一切都以客人的順利與方便為主，是來幫助我們放鬆與享受旅行的心態，非常有感。另外老闆也有提供租借機車的服務，直接民宿借民宿還，有興趣也可以問問！
門本身的隔音一般，剛好遇到不禮貌的房客（甩門、大聲喧嘩），會稍微影響住宿品質。

新建的民宿，有电梯。位置很棒，走路去码头只需要几分钟，老板还开车来码头接我们。老街也在几分钟的步行路程之内。由于不是旅游旺季，客人很少，入住的前两天整个民宿就我们一组客人，第三天才来了另外一组客人，所以入住期间非常安静。一楼的厨房和日用品全部自助。老板还推荐了靠谱的包车司机。
没有24小时前台，需要line联系，联络不是那么的及时。
