Disappointing

When we booked we loved the layout of the place and the design etc. sadly the photos were better than reality. The place is tired and needs some TLC for example the toilet seat is coming off when you sit on it.

Found the place easily. Found the post box, access code didn’t work. Had to contact the hosts. Who did respond very quickly to be fair they were very good. Was all a bit frustrating as they said we could check in from 1pm and then the cleaners were still there. Needed the keys to park the car in the car park. You tube video wasn’t that helpful to find car park space. Finally found it. Then there was no details of the apartment number or floor. Finally got in but was all v stressful. There was no mention of the student accommodation next door, drunk people coming home all night, lots of noise. And also no heads up about the major road works going on outside. Not all shutters were working. Bath mat was all sticky. Generally disappointing.

Fabulous location. Apartment was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Comfy beds.

The apartment still needs some work (rear shutters don’t work well and kitchen needs some love) and it would benefit from things like a clothes airer and bathroom step for small children. The whole block smells strongly of cigarette smoke which you smell in the apartment too. The description mentioned a roof top pool but there was no sign of one…!

Veel ruimte. Loopafstand van stadscentrum

Het was niet heel schoon. Waarschijnlijk veel kalk in het water. Veel kalkaanslag in de afwasmachine, douche etc. Kraan wastafel zat een plastic strik om, vermoedelijk kapot. Kranen lekken. Geen airco/ ventilator en best warm. Parkeren was lastig. Hele krappe plek en een kras op de deur van de buren, helaas.

Les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas nombreux. Et les meubles de cuisine sont un peu abîmés. Il avait un problème avec le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain qui n’avait pas été signalé par le propriétaire.

Cómodo y grande

El departamento es amplio, cómodo y espacioso! El baño de ducha grande, el agua salía caliente como nos gusta. Por ser una estadía de una noche estuvo muy bien, éramos 6 asique los espacios fueron suficientes, los juegos de niños estuvo genial. Excelente ubicación. Nos dificultó un poco ubicar el estacionamiento.

Los muebles de la cocina estaban bastantes sucios, las puertas principalmente. El baño pequeño estaba muy sucias las paredes. Las camas eran pequeñas pero de todos modos dormimos cómodos. Las toallas eran viejas.
