Love the location, truly walkable to great eateries and entertainment.

The bed was super springy and thin.

Hosts very responsive and instructions clear.

A lockbox to avoid us having to give an estimated arrival time.

Good location although we were told to enter via the parking garage our taxi wasn’t prepared to do this. We entered via the lobby and this was fine. The pool area was spacious and very attractive layout. We didn’t use the gym but it looked good.

We arrived in the middle of a powercut which was not communicated to us prior to entering ( when I asked the host why there was no electricity she had to check her alerts and seemed surprised. We had travelled 18 hours and wanted a hot shower but the apartment was dark and water not hot which was not the best start. Luckily we had torches on us which many travellers would not. We went to bed in darkness and around midnight were awoken by the lights and power coming back on! I appreciate not the hosts fault but no offer of any recompense for the stressful start to our vacation.

Good location

Not very clean floors, sinks or benches, hair in the washing machine and bathroom. Only two lights worked, not sure what half of the switches were for. AC unit also ticked constantly (every 40ish min) needing a service.
