Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Mit der Bahn oder Auto ist alles sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Hinterhof ist sehr praktisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind um die Ecke und zu Fuß erreichbar. Der große Balkon ist ein echter Bonus. Auf Grund der Lage ist es eher Lebhaft, darauf muss man sich einstellen. Es war ein schöner Stadturlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
Rollläden nur in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Leider war eine Balkontür nicht zu öffnen. Ein Akku Staubsauger/Hausbesen wäre ein Bonus, gerade wenn mit Kindern verreist wird.

Alles war einfach herrlich. Vom Kontakt bis zum einchecken und wohnen. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Die Unterkunft wirkt modern und sehr hell, die Zimmeraufteilung war super und sehr praktisch. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das online einchecken war problemlos und einfach. Wir waren sehr zufrieden :)
Zur Verbesserung würde ich mir wünschen auch in dem zweiten Schlafzimmer Rollos oder zumindest größere Vorhänge zum abdunkeln zu haben. Ein Vorhang zum duschen damit nicht das ganze Bad danach nass ist, wäre auch vorteilhaft und größere Handtücher. Aber das ist alles meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben die Nachricht bezüglich Müll zu spät erhalten. Und leider keine Mülltonnen gefunden um unseren Müll zu entsorgen.

Relativ zentrale Lage mit Straßenbahnanbindung direkt am Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe, unkomplizierte Gastgeber als etwas kaputt ging. Alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben - geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber!!!
