民宿老闆與老闆娘非常用心，從ㄧ進門check in，貼心告訴我們已消毒且清潔的安心使用室內拖鞋，並附上一大壺蜂蜜檸檬茶、鳳梨酥及水果、泡麵款待我們，讓我們賓至如歸。 老闆詳盡介紹民宿環境與房間，一入房內就聞到清新的香樟精油，超療癒也舒緩爬完加里山的疲累感。詳盡說明床單、被單都經過兩道清潔流程，並且使用歐洲進口的特選床墊、房間地板更是一塵不染。舒適的睡眠品質讓我們一覺到天明。 一早推開窗簾望向滿山綠景，充滿活力下樓品嚐老闆為我們準備的早餐。那精心擺盤的水果、咖啡、豆漿、紅茶，開啟美好的晨光時間。用餐時，熱愛分享的老闆聊到他不斷測試與詢問，終於找到最棒的咖啡豆且精心沖泡出的咖啡對身體最無負擔的心路歷程。另外也跟我們分享他對於農作、環境保育相關的知識與經驗分享，還有依照每位旅客的興趣推薦相關私房口袋景點。 非常感謝～觀心農舍民宿～用心經營並真誠接待每位旅客，真心推薦！

老闆非常熱情，詳細介紹房內設施還有周圍景點，可以感覺到對於自家民宿的驕傲還有好客。這次去剛好還有體驗到免費的拔蘿蔔！
