La ubicación es muy cómoda para ir a la playa o hacer cualquier plan xk justo enfrente puedes coger el trenecito que te lleva a punta umbría o el autobús y está genial,el apartamento está bastante completo a mi me gustó mucho!!!zona tranquila y con plaza de garaje que todo lo exterior es zona verde…

La cercanía a la playa
Está en una zona tranquila y con pocos comercios. Si quieres más servicios hay que ir hacia el centro. En cuanto al menaje deberían añadir más platos y vasos y utensilios de cocina. Las almohadas súper incómodas. Las sartenes deberían cambiarlas. Es necesaria una reforma integral del baño. Cambiar bañera por plato de ducha y poner lavadora y secadora integradas de otra forma y no apoyadas sobre ladrillos.

Muy buena ubicación con respecto a la playa. La urbanización cuenta con buen parking privado, muy buena piscina y lavandería.
En el apartamento bañera en mal estado. Almohadas de repuesto manchadas y sábanas y mobiliario en general mejorables.
