Geweldige locatie
Heerlijk ruim balkon
Matig onderhoud. Kapotte stoel, lamp die het niet doet, weinig glazen beschikbaar, afvoer in badkamer loopt slecht weg.

This is a spacious bright modern apartment. The huge balcony with the dinner table and lounge furniture is a highlight. No doubt. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. The area has this hipster cultural flair that totally resonated with us. All in all it was a great stay.
The balcony being such a huge selling point of this apartment does need a bit extra care - more thorough cleaning and watering plants are in order. A few nice touches like coffee capsules, dish washer detergent, bathing gel/shampoo etc. do not cost much but really add to the experience of guests. Anyhow all those small things were not a big deal for us.

ホストはとても親切で温かく、到着前から滞在中までのコミュニケーションも丁寧で、終始安心して過ごすことができました。
お部屋は清潔で居心地がよく、写真どおりで設備も充実しています。
リビングからは Confluence の最高の景色が広がり、眺めが良く採光も抜群で、毎日帰るのが楽しみになる空間でした。
周囲は静かで、室内は広く明るく、帰宅するとすぐにリラックスできる雰囲気です。
家族旅行はもちろん、長期滞在にもとても適しており、心に残る素晴らしい滞在となりました。ぜひおすすめしたい宿です。
