The apartment was so modern and the AC was a plus. Even the machine was good. Location was awesome
Cockroaches all around. I also didnt like that the apartment was in the basement level. The dog of a neighbour was crying all time from early morning

Despite the heatwave and the scorching heat,the apartment was very cool even without the air conditioning on. That's a huge plus!!!
There's a little yard which was rather messy. Plastic bottles scattered here and there. Also, I'd suggest the owner add a full body mirror to the bedroom as the only mirror was the one in the bathroom and add a trash can/dust bin too.There's only a tiny one in the bathroom. These are just recommendations though. There wasn't anything really bad about the apartment.
