Eine schöne, große Wohnung (Massiv größer als der Durchschnitt in Castellammare del Golfo) mit Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Vincenzo, unser Vermieter, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen Informationen über die Park App, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants etc. versorgt. und wir haben sogar eine Flasche Wein als Gastgeschenk bekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, (der Hafen ist zu Fuß ca. 1 km entfernt und die Altstadt mit Restaurants und Bars ca. 500 m). Man kann versuchen in einer der Nebenstraßen einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu bekommen, oder einfach über die Park-App die Gebühr zahlen und einen der kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze (blau umrandet) gleich vor der Haustür nehmen. (wenn man die Parkgebühr für den Tag /Monat bucht, kann man die kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze im Rest der Stadt und sogar am Strand nutzen). Wir waren viel unterwegs und haben unseren Aufenthalt im Diamond Apartment genossen. Danke Vincenzo.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. OG und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Haustür im Erdgeschoss hat keine Türklinke, man muß also die Haustür mit dem Schlüssel öffnen wenn man das Haus verlassen will. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung, wenn also einer weg geht, muß der andere ohne Strom in der Wohnung bleiben.
