They are very responsive on WhatsApp; everything is new, clean, location is a 7 min walk from the city center, supermarkets are near

Very central, nice and tidy apartment. Worth exploring this place.
1) I was asked by the owner to pay EUR or LEK before arriving. Since I needed LEK otherwise, I exchanged my GBP at a bad rate at airport. When I settled the bill with the owner at the day’s rate between GBP to LEK, they said no we have our own rates and if you want to pay £65 in LEK, it would be at 95 as opposed to 108. I found it odd and misleading because they themselves asked me to pay in LEK in cash, not that it made a huge difference in the sum. 2) spiral stairs to 2nd floor which makes it very difficult if you have a big luggage. There are no hand rails.

Very spacious apartment feel, had a kitchen, smart tv, bathroom and a comfortable bed. Can’t ask for much more.
The shower unfortunately wasn’t great with the pressure and shower head not staying on the wall but was very hot water so we are grateful for that. Got the job done.

From chexk in to check out, everthing was very good. Easy and flexible. Property is very near to center. Clean and big.
