location, spacious, view, nicely decorated and comfy beds.
The climb up the stairs was quite a workout as there was no elevator, however, we knew this prior to booking. Just didn't realize how many flights of stairs there actually were. The bathtub grout desperately needs to be replaced as there was black mold, which has the potential for health issues, as well as unsightly and makes the tile/tub feel dirty. Otherwise it is a lovely apartment with a spectacular view.

Situado en la parte alta del pueblo en segunda línea de playa pero con vistas impresionantes de la bahía y el pueblo al ser el último piso, Terraza muy grande.
Limpieza especialmente en la zona de la cocina, falta de detergente de lavavajillas, líquido vitrocerámica y gel de ducha.

The fellow who let us in was not from the area-could not give us any info where to eat etc. He was in a big hurry. We asked for extra towels and beach towels. He wrote back once to say the beach towels would not be available until Monday (the he day before we leave). No other communication. Not allowed to use bath towels for beach however.

it is a really good place the place itself is top notch and the view over Ribeira Grande is amazing and host Silvano is so welcoming and always available to help and also give you travel tips based on your preferences.
