Great location and just the right distance from all the action on Mondello Beach. Giuseppe was a kind and attentive host and the bottle of wine was a nice touch, highly recommended apartment, would definitely recommend and hope to be back, Grazie

L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il est bien localisé. Giuseppe est adorable, de bons conseils et très présent pour ses clients.
La fausse note vient du voisin qu'on entend très facilement (heureusement ils sont calmes). La hauteur de douche n'est pas top.

Проживание на мансарде было идеальным!
Близкое расположение к пляжу, очень красивая цветущая улица по которой приятно было гулять. В 10 минутах находится магазин. Район безопасный и уютный.
В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
Джузеппе дал нам много рекомендаций и помог с трансфером до аэропорта. Всегда был на связи и героически быстро спас нас когда по случайности мы захлопнули дверь, а сами остались на улице.
И конечно хочется отметить невероятную террасу , с шикарным видом!
Я настоятельно рекомендую проживание в данной мансарде, если планируете остановиться в Монделло.

Giuseppe ist ein sehr herzlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse und kostenfreies Parken direkt vor der Tür. Zudem ist Palermo gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Leider müssen wir bei der Sauberkeit deutliche Abzüge geben. Bis auf das frisch gemachte Bett und die Handtücher wirkte die Unterkunft leider nicht gereinigt. Schade, denn der Rest war wirklich super.
