Overall, the hotel met my expectations. If I were to list them point by point: Location: It was a 2–3-minute drive from the centre of Pefkochori, and there were plenty of lovely beaches in the vicinity. We had no problems getting around. We also had no trouble finding parking. 9/10 Staff: They were all very friendly and helpful. 10/10 Room: Our room was on the ground floor and was spacious and airy. It was cleaned every day. However, as it was on the ground floor, we did spot a few spiders and small lizards. Apart from that, we were very pleased with our room. 8/10 Pool: The pool is adequate. It’s a pool where children can play comfortably. My daughter had a great time in the pool. The sun loungers are comfortable and there are enough of them. 8/10 Breakfast: The breakfast offers a wide variety. You won’t struggle to find something to your taste. However, there is a strong smell of pork in the breakfast room, which might be an issue for those not used to pork. If you can find a spot in the open-air area, you won’t have this problem. 8/10

The drinks at the pool bar were local brand, and they tasted absolutely awful. The spiders and small lizards we saw on the ground floor.

Excellent swimming pool and pool bar, with a convenient location just outside the lively center of Pefkochori, offering a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is small and intimate, with a great poolside restaurant serving high-quality food. Guests also benefit from the hotel's partnership with Nostra Mare Beach Bar, where they can enjoy delicious cuisine and attractive sunbed packages on the beach.

The apartment interiors could benefit from some refurbishment, as the overall style feels a bit dated. Another drawback is the location on a busy road. While this is beyond the hotel's control, the lack of a pedestrian crossing nearby makes access less convenient and can be a safety concern.

Lovely room and great swimming pool and staff very helpful. Only a short walk into the town with great choice of restaurants and bars. Beautiful beaches and many were sandy with crystal clear water.

Only small thing was we would have preferred a bathroom with shower as mentioned on the booking confirmation but this was not possible when we arrived as room we booked only came with bath and shower/screen option.

Size of rooms

The whole vibe of the hotel and the staff is process oriented, they forget that guests are coming for leisure and wish to rest from logistics. For example, every small need has to go through the reception... Picking up pool towels requires depositing 5 Euro per towel, charging your room for coffee at the bar, needs to be approved by the reception... Why not keep guests credit cards for security? Then, the water at the tap is not drinkable but they don't provide mineral water on a daily basis although it is very cheap in Greece. The family rooms are not decorated in a modern design and require some maintenance. Lastly on location, the hotel is next to the main road so both the pool and some rooms experience some noise when seating outside. The walk to the town next by is not pleasant and there is no parking in town during peak season so it's pretty challenging.
