- Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum a jednocześnie cicho - Miejsce parkingowe przy obiekcie - Restauracja tuż obok obiektu - Bardzo duży apartament - Bardzo duży taras z jacuzzi, suszarką na ubrania i wielkim stołem - Żelazko z deska do prasowania + woda demineralizowana - Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia ze zmywarka i dużą lodówką z zamrażarką, ekspresami, czajnikiem, piekarnikiem i opiekaczem (jest nawet spieniacz do mleka) - Wszystkie pomieszczenia klimatyzowane - W salonie i obu sypialniach TV - Łazienka przestronna z pralką i suszarka z dyfuzorem!!! :) (żona kazała koniecznie dopisać) - Bardzo wygodne łóżka (nie za miękkie) - Po 2 gniazdka przy łózkach - Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel (niestety mówi tylko po Grecku ale idzie się dogadać)
Są małe niedogodności, które nie są dużą wadą: - Prysznic jest trochę mały i nie ma osłony - mocno zalewa się łazienka, która na szczęście ma dodatkowy odpływ - Przydałaby się wymiana ręczników - oczywiście można wyprać samemu w pralce
