Although the room and the breakfast met expectations, the service did not at all. First of all, upon arrival, the desk people were unfriendly. Furthermore we received a key card that didn’t work leading us to be blocked in a space between the elevator and the exit, since we needed the not-working card key to exit that space. When we managed to exit the building, thanks to other people entering, we reported the not working key card, yet we received the answer that this was not possible, were treated like this was our fault and received a “fixed” key card in a manner that suggested that we must be really stupid not to be able to use the key card. Unfortunately the same thing happened again, leading us to be blocked for a second time, having to wait for somebody to enter with a working key card since our phone calls to your help desk just informed us that there was nobody available upon which the line was cut off. After this, we insisted that each “fixed key card” was first checked by your staff, leading to 5 failed attempts, upon which we were let into our room with the key card of the desk operator. Errors and mistakes happen, yet some polite interaction would have been appreciated. With the reservation of our room, there was also parking included. The next morning, we parked our car near the building where we were staying since we came to Paris to help our son move out of his residency after he had been renting a room for 5 months. Half way through the process of moving his stuff, we were ordered by another desk employee, yet again in a very rude manner, to move our car. We were in nobody’s way, parked on an official parking space, yet there was no way we could stay there for another 30 minutes. Moreover, we were threatened that we would have to pay if we kept our car parked on the premisses. Only after proving that parking rights were included in the room fee, we could leave the car on the premisses, yet far away from the room my son had been renting for 5 months.

The room was well equiped ellowing for cooking during a short stay. The staff was kind and understanding. The residence is a little walk away from the subway, line 7, but has a bus stop litteraly at its gate. The room was not cleaned as often as stated on the room card however it was very well cleaned uppon request to the staff.

Breakfast was OK. It's about 12 minutes walk downhill to metro Villejuif Lagrange and 15 minutes walk to Gustave Roussy Institute. Room facilities are brand new, though, basic. It has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, electric cooktop and necessary utensils. Check-in and check-out was easy and smooth.

Water was stalling in the bathroom sink. The elevator button didn't work for couple of days so I had to go one floor down to call elevator. No fresh fruits were provided for breakfast. The service people where trying to kick me out earlier (11 am) then the check-out time at noon. It was not clear how to adjust heating radiator so it was quite chilly in the room. Also, beware it doesn't have air conditioning just a ceiling fan so I wouldn't stay there summer time.

It was new, clean and soundproofed

There was no air condition in the rooms and the high humidity was killing us. We couldn't sleep normal at all! There was no room service! The elevator does not work on our floor! Breakfast was so poor. The reception did not allow us to use the laundry! And said that the laundry is just for students!!! The location is too far from the metro. Room light switched on and off automatically at nights

The hotel was welcoming, very clean, light and bright .. Excellent value for money and ideally situated 20min from Paris city centre.. there was a kitchenette where you can cook and even an on street entrance next to our block.

The mattress could have been more comfortable and the shower could have more pressure BUT these are just my preferences. I can’t fault the hotel or the room.

The people at the front desk were very abrupt and we didn’t have the warmest welcome. Every time you flushed the toilet, the whole room would smell of sewage. The door that led into our building would be closed by the time we would get back home. Luckily someone else would be exiting while we were trying to get in.

It was really nice stay. Quite close to the Metro and easy to go to city centre as well as Disney land. Small kitchen was quite helpful to make breakfast and warm food.

Everything was good. Only lift on 4th floor was not wroking to go down. We had to come on 3rd floor and then went down with luggage to ground floor.

Check in was smooth. We arrived in the mid night and the staff had arranged us a way to pick the keys. Rooms were need and good. Equipped with a kitchenette. Coffee was available. Front office staff Mr Ishan was really kind. He offered a room for my dad to have a nap even after the check out.

They didn't have knives for the kitchenette.

The new place. It’s clean and lovley. You can use gym. A lot of working places. There is a big potential of this place but you should fix some things. It’s important, because your hotel costs a lot for such location. Housekeeping is good.

1) I can’t use laundry. This is no good. I can use gym, but I can’t use laundry? Why?! For 1 or 2 nights maybe ok, but not for a week or long stay! IT’S THE MOST STRANGE THING! 2) There wasn’t knife in the kitchen and other necessary things. I’ve choosed an apartment because I prefer to cook at home. If I had wanted restaurants I choosed hotel in the city centre. 3) Sockets. You can’t use it normal. 4) There is no a/c.

No breakfast. No kettle. Stove was not working. Light switch was not on and off arbitrarily. The staff was extremely uneducated how to handle guests and manage their priorities. The road was steep we had to hitch hike because my mother could not climb it. Was the worst stay ever!
