The small apartment was very clean and had facilities including a fridge, microwave and kettle. There was a small table and a separate bathroom as well as a washing machine out on the balcony.

We arrived in KL at TBS and was able to catch a grab in easily enough to the accomodation. When we arrived there was no front of desk staff to talk about early check in - we then had to get a grab back into town to store our luggage for two hours before coming back to the accommodation. The accomodation itself is a apartment in a large building complex which seems to be filled with other independent air bnb type rooms. Our room was meant to be an apartment that could sleep two people. Our bed was a KING SINGLE, which we wasnt disclosed prior to booking and we had two adults that needed a place to sleep. The matress was also incredibly uncomfortable with springs sticking through the fabric in places. There was also a TV which would have been great if we could have used it however the wifi did not work for 2/3 nights of our stay despite asking for help to get this fixed.
