The house is really nice situated and the view is beautiful. We had a great time there. The owner of the house is really friendly and very kind. They even gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday.

It is not really comfortable for 8 adults. Two of the bedrooms(the ones in the basement) are so tiny that there is no space on the floor for your luggage. Also there is no hot water in the bathroom in the basement and the bathroom is not usable at all. When you try to use the toilet you can easily fall out of it and break something. It is definitely not OK. The house is absolutely perfect for 4 adults with 4 children. The guy who is the local host is a little bit distracted and everything is suuuuuuper slow. You ask him for something today and he answers tomorrow…

A perfect villa with great view of ohrid old town, and petty easy access with car to drop off luggages and senior age parents right at the door. Although the rooms are pretty small and the stairs are tight but it was pretty easy for us all to move around. What we like the most was smooth communication with Kosta the property manager via WhatsApp and the villa having 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 people.

We had a great stay at this lovely three-story house in Ohrid. The lake view is amazing, and the house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It’s perfect for families—there were even toys and games for the kids. Everything is within walking distance, and the lake is just 5–6 minutes away. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would gladly come back!
