La vue sur l'océan et la proximité du centre ville. Le calme et la terrasse et tous les équipements du studio. Réfrigérateur, micro-onde, lave-linge, wi-fi gratuite...
La marche pour se rendre de la pièce principale sur la terrasse, une personne à mobilité réduite ou "seniors" sera en difficulté pour y accéder. Les chaises bistrot de la cuisine, très hautes, adaptées uniquement pour des personnes "jeunes".

Small studio apartment, spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen, fantastic location across the road from the beautiful Soulac Sur Mer beach, under 10 minute walk into town, very quiet, no traffic, could see the ocean from bed. Very clear and courteous communications with the host.
I did not have a car, it was a 20 minute walk from the supermarket. I only saw the wheeled shopping bag in the utility after I had carried my shopping from the supermarket, it was not not the property's fault...

Vue magnifique de la terrasse et de l'intérieur de l'appartement sur l'océan. C'est un lieu très calme, proche des plages, du centre ville de Soulac et ses commerces, le marché, monuments à visiter. Bref, on a vraiment pas envie d'en partir !
