One's worse holiday nightmare!

There was nothing I liked about the apartment. The only thing I liked was the surroundings. The view was great and lots of local grocery stores and restaurants for great convenience.

Everything!!! The management was unprofessional and unscrupulous. The entire apartment was dated, poorly planned, and unclean. Basic facilities such as shower curtains, bath maths, hangers, iron and ironing board, clothes drier, etc. were missing. Would ask all travellers to steer clear of this holiday apartment and spend your money somewhere where you would appreciate your holiday. Will never recommend this apartment even to an enemy, and I'm never returning here ever again.

The facility was clean. The kitchen full equipped. The host Ms. Faya was very helpful & responding to my requests. I strongly recommend it for Dubai travelers.

Photos and description of the hotel are FAKE!

Photos and description of the hotel are FAKE! The problem is that the photos and high level of all parameters on the site do not correspond to reality. If the website had honest photos and an honest description of the condition of the room, I would not have booked such a hotel! There were cockroaches in the room, there were a lot of them. There are stains on the walls, the tiles on the floor are broken, and the old appliances are broken in places. I was in two rooms, both were equally bad.

Good apartment for residents who work everyday 9 to 5. Defintively not touristic.

Apartment is clean. Location near metro Stadium green line and large LuLu Supermarket. Real residential apartment not hotel nor apart hotel. Quick access to E11 Sheikh Zaeid Road. Car park place at ground floor near entrance / exist parking lot. Very kind and welcoming security staff. Equipment is brand new and good quality - Noting is missing. Comfortable bed and divans. good decoration.

Furnitures at the entrance corridor to be removed (sink + upper buffet + white shelves). They are useless, nobody gonna use a "kitchen No. 2" at the corridor, come on ! Dark colored carpet is covering bright tiled floor to be removed. Bright and easy to clean floor are highly appreciated ! Small table + two chairs at bedroom are useless, to be removed. Black chair at living room are fragile and may break, have to be careful while sitting ! A few cockroaches came to visit the kitchen a couple of times. Not a big deal but they are still not my friends. Plates have golden gilt that cannot be used in microwave. I explained my girlfriend that the SPA at the entrance of the building is only for woman's body massage. She did not believe me, why ?

عتد وصولنا وبالرغم من ابرازنا الحجز أصبح الموظف المسئول يتلكا ويماطل مما آثار غضبي لا اقصد من هو في الاستقبال اقصد اخر تم استدعاءه من فوق
