A wonderful quaint and charming hotel in a lovely part of Italy!

The hotel was in a great location, adjacent to shopping and dining. It was very quiet and comfortable. A nice buffet breakfast was offered each morning. The proprietor went out of his way to be accommodating such as giving us an early check in and helping me find the off-site parking and providing a space heater for the room.

The property was clean and quiet, despite room overlooking a busy road. The bed was comfortable. The location was very central- although parking was not possible at the hotel, there was a supermarket car park 2 minutes away. Many choices at breakfast!

Friendly, modern, chic and comfortable!

The hotel is modern and really well located in Laveno opposite the ferry and railway station . The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, Georgia even gave us a lift to a local restaurant when we couldn’t find a taxi which was so nice. Breakfast is very good, overall the hotel was fantastic for our short stay in Laveno!

modern hotel in excellent location exceeding its 3 star classification

very good location in city center, close to ferry and train station, with partial lake view 2 floors hotel but still had an elevator excellent breakfast good fridge and air conditioning modern furniture, room with balcony, large safe, modern bathroom friendly stuff, when asked suggested a good restaurant and made the reservation for me

small room but expected at 3 star hotel the elevator stops a bit abruptly when on the balcony it can smell sometimes of food from the nearby restaurants

A great place for someone traveling solo – safe, comfortable, and easy to get around.

The location is excellent, right by the ferry stop and train station; there’s also a lovely spot downstairs to enjoy an aperitivo. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and everything looked just like in the photos , exactly as described on Booking.

During my stay, there was a group of tourists who seemed to be there just to party, they came back drunk in the middle of the night and woke up the whole floor. I believe this could have been avoided if there had been a 24-hour reception...Aside from that, the rooms are quiet and peaceful.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the village.

Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a really good selection. The location was so convenient just opposite the ferry terminal and the train station. The Lungolago for an evening promenade and a selection of bars and restaurants was just across the road. We had a view of the lake from our room and balcony. We found the hotel to he an excellent base for exploring the area.

The hotel location is good and just opposite of the train station and ferry port.The service is good and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. The room and and the bed are comfort.There is big supermarket Coop is 2 minutes away from hotel, surrounding there are many restaurants and shops.

Perfect few days in delightful small hotel

Perfect little family run hotel opposite the ferry. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful including driving us to the local station and helping with luggage onto the platform. Best breakfast offering we’ve had this trip. Grazie mille!

It was a great stay.

I was expecting a more motel feel based on price. But this place exceeded my expectations. I heard they recently renovated so maybe that’s part of the reason. Location is perfect. Across the street from train. Breakfast was good. And service/ people were kind. Room was a bit small compared to other hotel rooms but perfect for my husband and I.

No iron in room. BUT front desk went out of their way to find me from somewhere else. Thank you!

Excellent Wish I Had Stayed Longer

I loved everything about this hotel, it’s brand new and I can’t believe it’s not full. The wifi is excellent, bed comfy, excellent water pressure, shutters on the windows keeps the room dark, good hairdryer. Breakfast was typical Italian.

Suggest non dairy milk be added to breakfast. Wish it were a little cheaper which would encourage a longer stay.

Perfect for a short stay at Lake Maggiore

We really appreciated our stay, the hotel is modern and the rooms are very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent (we particularly loved the fruit salad). It was also very quiet.

Madame on reception was very, very nice and helpfull. Hotel is beautiful everything is new and stylish. Rooms and clean and new. Breakfast are very practical and great choices. I will definitely come back when I will have opportunity. Location is great just next to the Lago. Overall 10/10

Very pleasant - we will certainly come back!

Location is great, a few steps from the lake and the ferry to Intra/Verbania. The nice little balconies with a table and chairs are just great to watch the sunset over the lake. The place has just been renovated; comfortable room and bathroom. Tea maker in room. Good breakfast with excellent Italian croissants. Staff is enthusiastic and really wanted to make our stay a success.

Wifi was a bit spotty in our room - hotel management told us they will fix this in the coming days (as part of fine-tuning after the hotel renovation) so we are confident that this won't be a problem in the future.

Moderne komfortable Zimmer mit Minibar und Kaffeekocher ausgestattet. Hotel liegt zentral gleich neben Fährstation und Bahnhof. Bars, Restaurants, Gelateria und Coop Supermarkt sind ebenfalls gleich vor Ort. Freundlich und familiär geführtes Hotel.
