Washing machine. Staff was kind, patient, and professional.
There was a good amount of dust throughout the apartment (under the desk, on top of the desk, along the floorboards, etc). The view was of an overgrown lot of land with a cow.

The space had everything needed on hand, to keep the apartment clean and functional. A great fridge, an amazing swimming pool, a comfortable bed and smart TV.

The location La Casita we have stayed since it first opened 2021. It is excellent. However the number of apartments that are sublet is now getting beyond a joke.
We had booked our apt D 258/516 from the photos on website June 2025. We received a message as we were travelling from the uk on 30/1/26 that we had a temp apt, as the one we had booked has electrical issue.
The temp apt was bleak & adequate but not like the one we had booked from the photos.
After 4 days it became clear that it was an untruth about the electricity issue and they had sub-let our original to another customer (male).
I spoke with agent and whilst we received compensation for the inconvenience, it has left a bitter taste.
It was poorly thought out with broken furniture ie wardrobe & dressing table. The apt was disappointing.
