12th floor sea view

Stančić je jako lijep, uredan, prozračan. Usto, dobra klima za bivanje ljeti, opremljena kuhinja, velik lcd televizor, internet itd. Ima i balkon, s kojega pogled vrijedi milijune, osobito gledati u riječku noć. Vlasnica je izrazito draga i ljubazna, odmah se javila i sve smo se nesmetano dogovorili. Svesrdno preporučam!

Struttura leggermente fuori dal centro di Fiume ma raggiungibile tranquillamente in macchina e più vicina ad alcune spiagge che distano solo 5 min. Self check-in facilissimo e proprietaria gentilissima (mi ha anche consigliato un ristorante in cui mangiare ottimo pesce). Io ho trovato facilmente parcheggio nei posti condominiali ma nel caso non dovreste trovarlo, c’è un parcheggio al coperto proprio davanti al palazzo. Pulizia impeccabile ed asciugamani e lenzuola profumatissimi. Ovviamente la vista dal 12esimo piano è meravigliosa. Ps: per chi non volesse utilizzare la macchina per raggiungere il centro città, c’è la fermata del bus proprio davanti casa

The host Biljana was super friendly and always available. Picking up the keys via the lockbox is really easy, and the instructions on how to reach the apartment are excellent. There are generally enough parking spaces in front of the well-maintained building, and the view from the apartment is fantastic – both of the city and the Rijeka Bay. The apartment is nicely furnished, has everything you need, and is very clean, which is personally very important to me. The pillow and bed are comfortable, and the bed linen smells wonderful. All the towels smell nice too. Despite the relatively large building with 16 floors, it’s quiet – as if you were living in a house. Since I had things to do in Kantrida, the location was also perfect for me.

Nice host, clean apartment, has everything that you may need, free parking available in front of the building (it is packed though), amazing views, 10mins by car from Rijeka city center.
