Izjemno lepo, čisto in urejeno stanovanje na vrhu stanovanjske enote. Čudovit razgled, odlična terasa s celodnevno senco ter udobnimi sedeži, kot nalašč za poležavanje. Zelo mirna lokacija. Lepo opremljena in funkcionalna kuhinja z lepo posodo in krožniki. Dvigalo je zelo priročno pred vrati. Parkirišče je dodeljeno in vedno na voljo. Odličen in čist bazen spodaj, pod enoto, ležalniki pri bazenu so vedno na voljo. Morje in plaža sta par minut stran. Se še vrnemo.
