Traumhafter Blick, altes französisches Haus mit Ambiente, vollständig ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, kann man sich wohlfühlen
Eine intensive Grundreinigung wäre angebracht und eine gewisse Entrümpelung; kurz vor Ankunft musste per Kreditkarte Kaution hinterlegt werden. Hatte ich vielleicht übersehen, war mit 1.500 Euro recht hoch.

The house is big, well equipped and has a fantastic location. The facilities, including outbuildings for storing bikes were perfect for the type of travellers we are (family 2+2). The jouse could easily accomodate 3 families of 4. Everything you needed was there. And, if it was not, the property manager, Christelle, brought us without delay.
Not much. Maybe some little DIY, like loose handle or screw, here and there. Without being petty, I cannot think of anything else.

La vue est absolument époustouflante (et je pèse mes mots!). La piscine très agréable et la présence de climatisation est un véritable plus en été. La villa est très bien située, sur les hauteurs des Issambres.
Nous avons passé des heures à regarder les bateau passer dans le golfe, c'est splendide.
La maison et ses équipements sont vétustes. La cuisinière à 50 ans (minimum), la vaisselle est dépareillée, la bouilloire fuit, l'eau chaude est aléatoire, la baignoire est inutilisable, la décoration laisse à désirer, le canapé est jauni et tout sent le renfermé. Un Jacuzzi est annoncé sur les photos et la description, mais n'est utilisable que si vous déboursez 600 € de plus. Les draps sont à payer en complément et les lits ne sont pas fait à l'arrivée. Le dortoir est impraticable si on mesure plus d'1m35.
