The apartment is nice and well-maintained, a bit far from the center.

Unfortunately the AC was broken. According to the host, it had been broken for a day or two before, and they couldn't fix it until our third night. We couldn't sleep at all for 2 nights; it was very hot, and if you opened the apartment windows, light streamed in, and at 7 am, loud noises from nearby construction began. I think she should have informed us before we arrived, and I really would have preferred a refund and to stay in another hotel. But we only found out when we got to the apartment. She gave us a fan, but it was truly impossible to sleep for two nights.

L’appartamento è carino , ideale per due persone,  si trova in una posizione comoda, a breve distanza dal centro. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città a piedi. Nel complesso è una struttura accogliente e ben posizionata, ma necessita di qualche  di miglioramento .

Un aspetto che mi ha deluso e che non sono forniti carta igienica (dato un solo rotolo definito di cortesia) sacchi per la spazzatura e raccolta differenziata come solitamente avviene , ed ho dovuto provvedere personalmente. La cappa della cucina presentava un filtro logoro e sporco che fuoriusciva dai fori. (Come da foto) Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, è disponibile sulle strisce blu a prezzo contenuto in alcune fasce orarie, ma può risultare complesso trovare posto soprattutto nel pomeriggio e in serata.
