Trovo che la posizione sia ottima e comoda per chi viaggia in treno, data la vicinanza alla stazione ed al contempo al centro storico di Napoli. Inoltre, all' interno la casa è accogliente e con elettrodomestici abbastanza nuovi e pratici.
La pulizia della casa era un po' approssimativa, e oltre a lenzuola con qualche capello e una poltrona con il rivestimento macchiato, all'nterno del microonde abbiamo trovato del cibo delle persone che hanno alloggiato prima di noi, nonostante fosse passata la donna delle pulizie appena prima del nostro arrivo. Infine in tutta la casa era presente un forte odore di fumo e i sanitari erano in parte rovinati e non curati nella pulizia e nella manutenzione.
