Convenient. Helpful staff
The lack of cleanliness - the basics. Toilets sinks etc was a concern. . The Serving area for breakfast was worrying in terms of hygiene. I even cleaned a surface and the cloth was black - without exaggeration. The fridge that stores breakfast foods was a danger to the general public in terms of risk of severe food contamination. There was no evidence of professional care or attention of this matter
