Honestly you walk through the front door into another world! It feels like yuozr in the muddle of a forest and the atmosphere is peace and relaxation. Our room was spacious and airy and perfect temp to get away from the heat we had during our visit. The plung pool qas wonderfully relaxing and excitingly fun and thw under ground hot pool was wonderful. Helpful and friendlzly staff add to the fact that we will be returning to this beautiful retreat in the middle of the city.

LOVE this hotel so much. The pools were freezing during our stay however, the onsen below was enjoyable! I have never been more relaxed at a hotel more than I was staying here. It’s so peaceful and not to mention they have two resident cats that are sweet as can be. Like what!? Just book your stay already!

Our stay was truly wonderful: such peaceful and settling energy of the place. From attention to detail to great service. And of course, the rooms and the property facilities! When I am Coming back to Merida, I am staying there again!
